We are seeking a manufacturer to produce our line of exclusive baby and children clothing. We are a small business, located in Brooklyn, New York, which deals in cut-and-sew knits. Our staff includes a designer who creates the various patterns and details the specifications for a collection of garments. The fabrics we use include velour, interlock, pique, and novelty Jersey. We produce two collections a year (fall and summer) consisting of 70-80 styles per collection.

Our annual production is approximately 30, 000 units. Our size ranges are from 0-24 months (infants), 2T-4T (toddlers), and 4-20 (kids).

Please note that, unlike other companies you may have dealt with in the past, since we employ an in-house designer/pattern maker, we require all of the factories we work with to use our patterns and follow our instructions regarding changes and submission of samples.

We would like to know if we can submit to you a package for sampling and pricing, to see if your factory is capable of satisfying our needs. The pricing should reflect FOB China, and indicate whether or not we will be required to pay an additional quota in order to bring the garments into the United States. We will be looking at the quality of your work, turnaround time, and how well you can follow our directions. Please note that we cannot pay for samples, but we will send and receive all packages on our account. I have enclosed the necessary paperwork for you to do this.

If we are satisfied with your samples, we may give you a small test order and fly those goods in before our usual peak season in order to determine if you are capable of producing our seasonal order. Please note that we reserve the right to make all final decisions regarding shipping and freight and to use our own nominated shipper.

If we do decide to work together with you, we will send all relevant information regarding labels, hangtags, packaging, shipping and payment.
